Welcome to the Bethlehem YMCA Childcare. . . . a great place to grow!

The YMCA of Bethlehem’s Child Care programs provide safe, affordable, quality child care for ages six weeks-12 years of age. We are located at 430 E. Broad Street, Bethlehem. Our professionally degreed staff provides nurturing care for our babies…celebrating first steps with the toddlers…guided learning with preschoolers…and exploring possibilities with our school –age children.

We choose teaching strategies, daily routines, classroom arrangements, and curriculum that will encourage each child’s individual development. Our goal is to provide many opportunities to link home, school and child, building relationships that support the family. We believe the greatest learning takes place through “play.” We participate in Keystone Stars, YMCA of the USA-Quality Promises and are pursuing National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation, which are all quality endorsements of the programs.

The center is open year-around, Monday-Friday, 6:30am-6:00pm. Our business office is open Monday-Friday, office hours are from 9:00am-6:00pm. The center provides breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks daily.
