Bethlehem YMCA Swim Team Registration

Please print and complete the attached swim team registration form and bring with you to expedite the registration process. One packet per family.

The following prices this year will be:

Youth 3-13 Membership Yearly - $108 Monthly $9

Youth 14-18 Membership Yearly - $144 Monthly $12

2012-2013 Prices

$325 for the first swimmer $275 for each additional swimmer

$100 for a High School student (Grades 9-12 only)

*$40 late fee per swimmer if registering after November 1, 2012

Registration deadline ends December 31, 2012

Note: If registering after November 1, approval of the Aquatic Director and coaches is needed.

Swim Team Registration and YMCA Membership must be paid at the time of registration.

When registering please bring 2 separate checks (Fundraiser Buy-out Check and Volunteer Check) made payable to the Bethlehem YMCA Stars Swim Team.

The Fundraiser buy-out check will be made out for $50. This check will be returned to you if you participate in the fundraiser and achieve at least $50 in profit.

The Volunteer check will be made out for $75. This check will be held until the end of the season and returned to you pending the required volunteer hours are met. Volunteer requirements will be announce once the swim meet schedule has been announced by the Penndel Swim League.
